Tutor/ Teacher & Researcher (kids English)
Job Description
Responsibility:1. Be responsible for the research and development of Kids English course products:
including but not limited to the analysis of teaching philosophy, teaching rules, user needs, learning conditions and examination conditions2. Be responsible for Live and recorded demo classes and training in your subject3. Be responsible for the conversion rate of courseware
(demo lesson conversion rate) for their subject4. Provide teaching support to various departments (e.g. training, etc.), collect and analyse market demand and problems, and develop and implement optimisation plans to continuously improve user reputation and content competitiveness.Requirement:1. Bachelor's degree or above, from an appropriate discipline2. English as a working language:
TEM 8 or IELTS 7.5 and above or TOEFL 113 and above3. Be familiar with the Kids English course products available on the market
and be required to analyse the similarities and differences during the interview4. At least 5 years of frontline teaching experience in children's English and
at least 3 years of research and development experienceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per monthBenefits:
