We are looking for a self-motivated and independent UAT Analyst within the banking domain.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Operations Management or equivalent;
- 1-3 years of experience in financial institutions, either in Credit Operations or Secured Loans;
- Experience in conducting testing or User Acceptance Testing (UAT), logging errors and documenting test scripts, results and findings;
- Proficient in SQL scripting and Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint);
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
- Experience in Automation Testing.
- Understand and perform record creation and system updating in operating systems relating to Secured Loans;
- Process documentation check, loan distribution, loan servicing activities, loan redemption, fee payments & collection relating to Secured Loans;
- Perform UAT for system enhancement/migration;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders of various levels;
- Ensure all requests are processed within the specified service standard time and accuracy;
- Highlight any discrepancies to Team Lead;
- Ensure high quality in service delivery.
