Supporting Project Anchor (IPB Legal Entity move to CNA) in Credit Operations
Credit Operations:- With new IPB GL/CO created, changes to any transactions posting/ manual entries/loan bookings and disbursements, day 2 check and any maintenance still function as it is- To test no impact to any payments remittance to AIA via CitiFT with change in nostro acct if applicable- To check all ondemand report, MIS reports, FATCA, credit balance refunds etc, all regulatory reporting etc. not impacted with the split between IPB and GCG data. All operational reports must be identified and review for changes and testing to be verified- With the GL changes, all parameters which contains GL would require massive update or verification.- System entitlements and segregation to be reviewed and testedKey Responsibilities:1. Support/Ensure smooth delivery and implementation for Credit Operations after IPB LE move to CNA in various IPB functions which are supported by Credit Operations.
2. Able to provide strong project management to ensure timely implementation & quality standards of new systems/enhancements for continuous improvement in operations processes and business growth.
3. Work with system developers to assess and resolve technical challenges.
4. Coordinate and work closely with business and technology stakeholders on the project business requirements, schedules, and implementation.
5. Perform quality assurance during system integration works.
6. Conduct extensive end-to-end testing for various Credit Operations functions and verifying UAT testing results to ensure no impact to Credit Operations post IPB LE move to CNA.This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Aware of Core Banking and Operations functions such as Eclipse, CI, ECMS, ALS, CLMS, testing, reviewing of documents etc.DesirableSkills: (technical skills)Essential

University/Diploma graduate with at least 2 years relevant experience in project & system/operations support.Job Type: Contract
