Job Description
- Must have minimum 3-6 years of experience in UAT
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with the development team to provide feedback on the chatbot\'s performance.
- Should have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify any errors or inconsistencies in the chatbot\'s responses.
- Should be able to come up with creative scenarios to test the chatbot\'s functionality and identify any gaps in its capabilities.
- Should have a good understanding of the chatbot\'s technology and be able to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
- Should be able to manage their time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure that testing is completed within the required timeframe.
- Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and adapt to changes in the chatbot\'s development.
- Should have a strong command of the English language
