Job Description
We are seeking an experienced UAV technical specialist to support the development, maintenance, and operational readiness of advanced unmanned aerial systems. In this role, you will lead hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and system enhancement activities to ensure high performance, reliability, and safety across UAV platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Lead inspection, maintenance, repair, and testing of UAV systems to ensure operational readiness. Diagnose and resolve technical issues using advanced tools and engineering principles. Work with engineering, operations, and logistics teams to plan maintenance schedules and implement upgrades. Maintain and update SOPs, manuals, and technical documentation in line with compliance and quality standards. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices. Support UAV deployments during trials, exercises, and operational events as required.

Requirements
Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in UAV maintenance, troubleshooting, and system integration. Certifications in UAV technologies/maintenance are a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Detail-oriented with strong focus on safety and quality
