The Job
We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences. You'll collaborate with teams to design functional and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user interaction.
Responsibilities:
Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI assets using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Conduct user research and iterate designs based on feedback. Maintain design systems and ensure a seamless user experience across products. Work closely with developers and stakeholders for smooth implementation.
Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Understanding of responsive and user-centered design principles. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in the banking industry or familiarity with Agile development is a plus. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
