Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced UiPath Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath Automation Suite implementation and migration, along with solid experience in AWS cloud services. The role involves delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing automation solutions while supporting production operations in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and migration of UiPath Automation Suite across enterprise systems. Deploy, configure, and manage AWS cloud components -- including EKS (Kubernetes), RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server), and ElastiCache (Redis/Memcached). Administer and maintain UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, and Studio, ensuring uptime and performance. Monitor automation jobs, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis to maintain service reliability. Enhance and maintain existing RPA workflows as part of ongoing optimization efforts. Support RPA development and deployment using UiPath and Power Automate. Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements, identify automation opportunities, and deliver enhancements. Maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows, configurations, and incident resolutions. Ensure compliance with security policies, IAM standards, and AWS best practices. Stay updated on new UiPath and AWS features to drive platform improvements. Operate within structured production support and ticketing frameworks to manage incidents and service requests

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in UiPath automation development and support. Proven expertise in UiPath Automation Suite implementation and migration. Hands-on experience with AWS EKS, RDS, and ElastiCache administration. Strong understanding of AWS networking, IAM, security, and CloudWatch monitoring. Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities. Experience in production support environments with structured ticketing systems. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. UiPath and AWS certifications preferred.
