As part of our Product Team over at Hust, you will be able to obtain first-hand experience in the freelance industry and gig economy, as we aim to bridge businesses and individuals with students. We are looking for someone who is just as passionate about the gig economy as we are!Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop interface sketches, low to high fidelity wireframes/mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate the designed user experience to the team
• Plan & execute user research work (e.g conduct user interviews and usability testings)
• Troubleshoot and refine the UI/UX of existing products, features, and services based on user feedback
• Work collaboratively with clients, along with cross-functional teams including technical, marketing, and business development.
• Make contributions to the product strategy by discovering new opportunities and creating innovative solutions
• Assist in planning and facilitating Design Sprints/Workshops with stakeholders – F2F or remote.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or graduated with a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant design discipline (eg. UX/UI Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, etc)
• Proficient knowledge and experience of UX/UI design for consumer-facing applications, including websites, mobile devices, etc
• Aware of current design industry best practices and proficient in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Basic understanding of technology capabilities such as HTML5, CSS3, and front-end technologies
• Commitment for at least three months, three days a week
• Singaporeans preferred
