We're seeking a talented and experienced UI / UX Product Designer to help us shape our product and craft delightful user experiences.

The Role

We're seeking a

UI / UX Product Designer

with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. You'll be responsible for the full design lifecycle, from user research and ideation to prototyping and high-fidelity mockups. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex financial concepts into simple, elegant, and user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with complex digital platforms, preferably in FinTech or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research

to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users, including financial advisors and their clients.

Translate research findings

into design solutions, creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

Design and iterate

on high-fidelity user interface (UI) mockups for our web applications.

Collaborate effectively

with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility.

Lead design reviews

and present your work to stakeholders, providing clear rationale and data-backed insights.

Maintain and evolve

our design system to ensure a scalable and cohesive user experience across all platforms.

Design

the corporate website.

Develop and maintain

brand guidelines and visual identity.

Create

marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and social media graphics.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or a similar role.

A strong portfolio

demonstrating a deep understanding of user experience design, including problem-solving, information architecture, and visual design skills.

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools

such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Experience designing for complex systems

or enterprise-level applications. Experience in FinTech or wealth management is a significant plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

with the ability to articulate design decisions and receive feedback constructively.

A solid understanding of responsive design

and accessibility standards.

Strong proficiency

withAI design tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with user testing methodologies and A/B testing. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with engineers. Familiarity with financial concepts and terminology (e.g., portfolio management, asset allocation, performance reporting).
