We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape the digital experiences for our clients.Position Overview:The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of websites, mobile applications, and other digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to craft intuitive and engaging user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience. This position requires a mix of creativity, technical proficiency, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Design and User Experience:

• Collaborate with the team to define user personas, conduct user research, and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
• Ensure consistent design language across digital platforms that aligns with the brands identity and vision.
• Continuously test and refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and provide ongoing support during the development process.
• Participate in client calls and design reviews, presenting design concepts and solutions in a clear and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop designs that are visually appealing and aligned with campaign goals.

Usability Testing & Analytics:

• Conduct usability testing on designs and incorporate feedback to improve functionality and user satisfaction.
• Analyze user behavior and metrics to identify opportunities for design improvements and enhanced user experience.

Prototyping & Wireframing:

• Use tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes.
• Develop interactive prototypes for client presentations and internal testing.

Skills & Qualifications:Required:

• Strong proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Experience designing responsive layouts and optimizing designs for mobile-first and desktop views.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of UI/UX design and the ability to deliver visually appealing and functional user experiences.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or web development languages (to communicate better with developers).
• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of user testing tools and techniques (e.g., usability testing, A/B testing).

Experience with design systems and creating design guidelines for consistency across platforms.
