Job Description
We are seeking a
UI/UX Designer
with strong expertise invisual design and motion design
to join our product team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually refined digital experiences, taking ideas from concept to launch while ensuring design quality and consistency throughout rapid iterations.Responsibilities
Lead and execute the
end-to-end design process
-- from ideation, wireframing, and prototyping to final delivery. Design and refineUI/UX visuals
that enhance usability and align with brand identity. Createmotion design and micro-interactions
using tools such as After Effects, Lottie, and Rive -- from simple icon animations to complex scenarios. Maintaindesign systems
and ensure consistency across digital products. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into user-centered design solutions. LeverageAI tools for image generation, rapid prototyping, and visual exploration
, integrating them into product and brand design workflows. Ensure delivery ofpixel-perfect, production-ready designs
and assets.Requirements
3-5 years of experience
in UI/UX and visual design for digital products. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise inUI/UX design and motion graphics
. Proficiency inFigma
(design systems, prototyping, collaboration). Hands-on experience withAfter Effects, Lottie, Rive
or similar motion/animation tools. Familiarity with design output formats and handoff processes for development. Ability to manage multiple projects in afast-paced, agile environment
. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions. * Bonus: Experience integratingAI-driven tools
into design workflows.
