Our client is now looking for a passionate and driven UI/UX Designer This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance. Roles and Responsibilities: Define the UI and interactions for new and existing features in the product Validate and iterate on design proposals based on quantitative and qualitative data from research Drive design projects and collaborate with other UX designers, copywriters and researchers in a deadline-driven, team environment Partner product owners, content designers, UX researchers and vendors (where applicable) to drive designs from initial concept to final implementation, including design grooming, creating low- to high-fidelity mock-ups, prototyping, and performing quality checks on implemented products across browsers, platforms and devices Facilitate conversations to help product owners clarify product intent and distill concepts into simple and intuitive experiences for the end users Work with an established Design Language System to ensure consistent and cohesive designs across products Communicate design concepts and get buy-in on design solutions from stakeholders Requirements At least 4 years of relevant experience in creating new products or improving existing products across Web, Android and iOS platforms Have a deep understanding of the fundamentals of user centricity A creative thinker with experience in UX definition and UI design Collaborative and willing to work with teammates and stakeholders to solve problems Experience with UX and design thinking Possess an advanced knowledge of web and mobile UX/UI adhere to and extrapolate complex design systems and apply to coded pages, screens, and states Prior experience in Adobe Experience Manager will be an advantage Familiar with CMS Management and UI prototyping tools i.e. Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc. WHAT'S ON OFFER You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
