The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining close communication with the rest of the IT project teams as well as the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. The candidate will need to develop a good understanding of both IT systems and business processes. Main responsibilities: The main responsibility of the UX designer will be to deal with design, architecture, implementation, integration, optimization and validation of technical features on versatile and heterogeneous platforms Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business analyst and engineers Illustrate design strategies using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Develop and maintain product design wireframes (basic mock-ups of applications) and specifications Main duties details: Technical Analysis, Development and Testing Study, evaluate, understand and provide feedback on requirements from UI/UX Design Perspective Work closely with business stakeholders and UI/UX team to design user interfaces Prototype new features on various platforms for internal proof of embedability or for demonstrating the value of the proposal to the business team/client Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes and give counter proposals for best UI user experience and overall application flow. Give visibility to the planning and progress of work Technical Skills Well versed in Figma, Sketch, Invision Working knowledge on GIT Lab Co-ordination and communication Coordinate with other developers and business analysts as needed to deliver solutions on time and with good quality Organize meetings/workshops on any technical/Design topics under current responsibility as needed Provide consultancy to managers, developers and other team members Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer. Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
