Role Description:

Ranosys is looking for UI/UX Designer responsible for user centric user interface and user experience solution to client\'s request. You must be able to take up new challenges and love to bring innovation in your design solutions.

We are seeking a problem solver who has original creativity to deliver excellence.

Responsibilities Includes:

• Plan out a concept and accomplish the designing tasks by gathering all the required information.
• To provide user centric solutions while keeping the business needs and solutions in mind.
• Follow UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
• Completes design deliverables by coordinating with clients, team members, cross teams.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Will be responsible for designing mobile applications, web applications, websites, product branding.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

• You must have hands on Photoshop, Sketch and Illustrator.
• Excellent designing and visualizing ability to convert creative specification into visually appealing layout.
• Able to provide on spot UI/UX suggestions.
• Keen eye for UI /UX, appealing design skills as per business requirement.
• Have expertise in facilitating the client\'s product vision by researching, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for mobile applications, websites and web applications..
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as XD, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, and the like is a must.
• Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process and ability to design with the end user in mind.
• Familiarity with the practice of continuous integration, independent of choice of tool.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Should be self-driven & take feedback positively.

Bonus:

• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies.
• Basic Knowledge of HTML 5, CSS3, Javascript, Jquery, Responsiveness.
