Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our users. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that delight our users. Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points
- Create user personas and user flows
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Collaborate with clients, product manager and project team to implement designs
- Conduct usability testing to identify and fix usability issues
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices
- Proven 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your previous design skills and creative thinking for both web and mobile projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Familiarity with messaging apps, financial apps and payment apps is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Understanding and experience in Southeast Asian markets (preferred)
- May require light traveling for teams meetings once fortnightly or monthly (travel expense will be compensated)
- UI: 3 years (Required)
- UX: 3 years (Required)
