Millipede is a Singapore based Construction IDD software that offers Innovative Digital Solutions for the Built Environment.Millipede\xe2\x80\x99s connected platform is powered by an exclusive data set which automates the management of all stakeholders, and in return empowers firms to operate at higher efficiencies that naturally result in better construction.Collectively, our co-founders have spent decades in Real Estate, Wealth Management, and Software Development. They are passionate about utilizing technology and innovation to increase productivity, without the traditional costs of adoption by offering a dynamic platform that connects all stages of Real Estate Development.Responsibilities:

• Maintain and Update the Existing Design System: Maintain the design system on Figma to ensure consistency across all platforms and components.
• Create User-Centered Designs: Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize user experiences and iterate on ideas.
• Product Ticket Creation: Collaborate with product managers and write clear, concise product tickets for the sprint that outline design expectations and functionality.
• Understanding Users Needs: Participate in team discussions to identify potential user pain points, brainstorm design solutions, and explore new opportunities.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to understand project requirements, design goals, and user needs.

Required Skills:

• Pursuing a diploma/degree/qualification in any relevant field.
• Proficient in Figma or Sketch.
• Detail oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
• Full-time internship (min 6 months).
