Assist senior underwriters in reviewing and analyzing marine insurance proposals (cargo & hull)
Prepare and issue quotations, cover notes, endorsements, and policy documentation
Maintain accurate policy records and update underwriting systems
Conduct preliminary risk assessments based on set underwriting guidelines
Assist in gathering data and preparing reports for internal reviews or audits
Follow up on renewals and outstanding documentation
Provide administrative support to the underwriting team as required
Ensure compliance with internal underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements
Any other jobs assigned by the company
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Maritime Studies, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in insurance or administrative roles (marine insurance preferred)
* Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered
