Underwriter Manager, International Financial LinesSingaporeYou will represent the Company\xe2\x80\x99s brand in the market, contribute to developing the Company in Asia and preserve the Company\xe2\x80\x99s excellent reputation as a business partner and employer. Responsible for underwriting a profitable book of Financial Lines business in line with AXA XL and AXA Group strategy and standards.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 Execute departmental strategy and achieve P&L metrics including verification of appropriate risk premium calculations to ensure profitability.\xc2\xb7 Effective relationship management with clients and broker partners initiating opportunities for cross-selling offered products and ensuring account retention.\xc2\xb7 Mange insured and producer relationships across large geographical territory.\xc2\xb7 Maintain visibility in the market by effectively marketing to insureds and brokers.\xc2\xb7 Ensuring client satisfaction as it relates to fulfillment of their insurance requirements.\xc2\xb7 In coordination with other internal teams, determining appropriate reinsurance for risk placements.\xc2\xb7 Leadership responsibilities - Lead and develop a team of Underwriters. Support and empower their development\xc2\xb7 Operational responsibilities - Oversight on submissions including applications, policy wording, inspection reports, loss runs, and financial reports. Controlling timely implementation of new and renewed accounts according to quality standards.
