• Singaporean Only (due to legislative requirements)

• Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma and above (due to legislative requirements)

• Existing or Ex-Bankers are welcomed to apply

• Minimum 2 year of experience in the Financial Services industry

Job duties:

• Lead and develop a team of Financial Advisors

• Provide professional and strategic financial advice for clients along with bespoke proposals in a consultancy role

• Develop, implement, and monitor goals/performances of Financial Advisors.

• Coach Financial Advisors to develop strategies to strengthen client relationships

• Consistent servicing and periodic reviewing of clients' financial portfolio

• Willing to travel and meet clients to build strong personal relationships

Remuneration:

• Allowance of up to $6,000 per month* plus commissions and incentives
