Job Description
$11K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Review Process/ Documentation - Liaise with stakeholders to review processes for new launches/ changes or transfer of activities
- Support Business Continuity Planning activities
- Facilitate Budget and Headcount planning, Expenses tracking, Access Management, Training related and other administrative matters
- Target Operating Model implementation - Draft as-is and to-be map and work with Regional, Technology and Operations teams to execute plans
- System Re-platform initiatives - Liaise with stakeholders and coordinate across Credit Operations teams.
- Provide relevant operational risk related guidance to the Operations team
- Identify areas of improvement to tighten the control and work with the Operations team to close the gaps
- Develop and deliver training (Credit Operations specific) to promote risk culture and awareness of operational risk and controls
- Bachelor\'s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, being IT savvy with knowledge of QlikView, Power BI, Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
