Kick-start your career with our Focus-Track Graduate Programme within Credit Asia Pacific (APAC).

Our Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to unleash your full potential. We offer you three rotations in different teams, on- and off-the-job training and the opportunity to start building your own network. Each rotation is designed to provide you with in-depth knowledge and a sound foundation to perform in your focus area and beyond. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a few months.

Programme duration: 18 months

Join Credit APAC and become part of the Credit Team in Singapore. Credit APAC is an independent team of credit professionals responsible for the management and control of credit risk in APAC. Our purpose is to provide financing solutions tailored to the needs of private banking clients, e.g. Lombard and Structured Loans, Derivatives solutions and Mortgages. Apart from the credit risk assessment of client\'s collateral and exposure, the Credit Specialist will also be familiar with legal, regulatory, and compliance issues and engage in discussion with related stakeholders within the Bank.

You will focus on developing your quantitative analysis skills as well as other professional skills such as diligence, industry knowledge and prioritisation of tasks.

• Analyse and assess collateral and exposure
• Conduct risk assessment of borrower, collateral provider, transaction structure and other potential legal and compliance risks
• Support Relationship Managers in all credit related matters and establish regular and proactive contact

• Become a trusted partner for internal and external stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree from a university in economics, banking, finance or related fields (graduation max. 24 months ago)
• Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets
• Keen interest in financial markets and financial institutions
• Strong analytical skills
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Independent, resilient, and team-oriented personality
• Language skills: Proficiency in Mandarin preferred to support markets with Mandarin-speaking clients, but not strictly required
• Eligible for employment authorisation in Singapore
