Job Description


Client is a small & trendy hostel inn looking for new Guest Service Agent Locations:

  • Bendemeer & Outram Park
Working Hours:
  • 8am to 5pm
  • 2pm to 11pm
  • 11pm to 8am
Salary:
  • Up to $2800
Challenges:
  • Go through arrive reports and ensure room & bed prepared before guest arrives
  • Issue keys to room and locker
  • Collect keys from guests during their departure
  • Handle any escalated cases when needed
  • Cashiering duties
What it Takes:
  • Willing to travel between Bendemeer & Outram Park
  • Positive working attitude
