- Bachelor\'s degree or higher in petroleum engineering, geology, business, or a related field
- Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions within the oil and gas industry, particularly in upstream oil and gas fields.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Effective in dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
- Source potential deals in SEA / Middle East
- Identify potential opportunities for M&A in the upstream oil & gas fields
- Develop strategies for M&A in the upstream oil and gas sector, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.Asset assessment and risk analysis
- Engage in negotiations with target companies and their shareholders, reaching agreements for M&A.
