Product Management and Sales Support responsibility for assigned Uptime services in Region Asia
Responsible for gaining alignment and driving activities with Market Area towards achieving agreed penetration, sales and profitability targets for Uptime and Parts Services in assigned dealer markets.
Uptime Services Product Managers will be assigned product management responsibility for a range of Uptime Services. Uptime Services comprises of, but is not limited, to the following.
Telematics Services (CareTrack and API)
Connected Services (Active Care, Uptime Insight Reports)
Work together with the COE and Market Area and Dealers as part of a cross-functional team together with distribution partners and regional functions to drive the agreed strategic business targets and dealer change management.
Support the Uptime Services COE in defining and prioritization needs in the development of new Uptime Services.
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities
Actively support the development and be accountable for penetration, revenue, volume & profitability targets for assigned Uptime Services in Region Asia
Regular Interaction with COE, Market Area, Dealers and Customers to gain understanding of customer requirements and market knowledge of competitors for assigned Uptime Services
Be the subject matter expert in Region Asia for the assigned Uptime Services, with full understanding of features & benefits, required product and price positioning and fully conversant with all related sales and marketing support tools
Drive activities and provide Sales Support to Market Area and Dealers to achieve penetration, revenue and profitability growth targets for assigned Uptime Services
Provide market / dealer feedback and support development activities by COE and UPP
Drive and develop a value-adding and collaborative relationship to align and secure buy-in with market area, dealer partners and COE towards achieving Volvo CE goals and strategy.

Work within approved budgets and approval levels as set in DAG

Required knowledge & experience
Education/Professional Qualifications required
University degree or appropriate academic qualification
Minimum 5-10 years' work experience in related role
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant product management or commercial sales experience
Strong knowledge and understanding of Telematics and/or Repair & Maintenance Contracts will be an added advantage
Experience working in CE industry will be an added advantage
Experience working in Asia markets will be an added advantage

This role is based in Singapore and occasional overseas travel will be required. This is a local hire position and candidate will be offered a local offer package.
