Working Hour: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm
Working address: Manulife Tower, Robinson Point, VisionCrest (3 sites, rotating, based on deployment)
Attire: Smart Causal / Polo T provided (Black)
Contract period: 1 Nov 2024 - 14 Feb 2025 (3.5 months):
Facilities Management & Maintenance

• Responsible for office facilities, operations, and maintenance for all buildings & premises.
• First responder to issues and willing to be on the ground support
• Liaise closely with various vendors, contractors, and management office to ensure all office floors are well maintained and in running condition.
• Conduct daily floor walks to ensure all equipment and basic systems are up and running (M&E, eg : lights, acmv, plumbing etc..)

Admin Support Services * Assist in administration work, support, and ensure the smooth operations of the Office Management department.

• Manage Risk Management, IT & Security Compliance - to ensure all policies are in place & followed and implement designated operations plan.
• Support all Business Continuity Plan work, building coordination, crisis and annual fire drills exercises.
• Assist with financial and non-financial, processes & administration of the department
• Assist to manage printing stationery materials includes but not limited to writing materials, toners, envelopes, letterheads, namecards, name stamps & application forms
• Manage and support functionality of office systems such as Room booking system, AV / phones / PowerPoints / wireless & motorised equipment troubleshooting and define root cause analysis.
• Maintain proper office filing and archiving system (soft & hardcopies)
• Follow up on expense approval process to ensure proper documentation and requisite approvals are in place.
• Monitor and track expenses and ensure timely invoice processing.

Security Services * Ensure all premises are well secured & well maintained.

• Maintain and ensure a compliant Security Card Access & CCTV system
• Assist in programming, tracking, monitoring, issuing ad collection of all access cards / printing of access cards photo badges.
