Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Record daily financial transactions.
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Assist with billing and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Help prepare monthly reconciliation reports.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Ensure proper application and recording of GST in financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing and filing GST returns.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Help prepare documents for audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in ERP and Netsuite.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
