We are an award-winning boutique Interior Design firm specializing in hotel, resort, and high-end residential design. We are seeking to expand our team and invite eager and motivated candidates to submit their resumes for the following position in our firm: Accounts and Administrative Executive/Marketing Assistant Duties and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for office accounts including the preparation, issuing and tracking of monthly invoices, payroll/ GST submissions, bank transfers, monitor and reconcile bank accounts, prepare and monitor yearly financial projections and budgets, manage office budget and expenses, staff reimbursable claims and petty cash \xc2\xb7 Review of year end statutory accounting, tax returns and liaising with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s tax and legal advisors \xc2\xb7 Human resource duties including charting and tracking of employee salaries, annual and sick leave/ holiday schedules, employment pass applications and renewals, ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and maintaining a happy, healthy and productive office culture \xc2\xb7 Oversee and manage the Company\xe2\x80\x99s IT systems to ensure optimal performance, speed, security and recovery systems are maintained and updated \xc2\xb7 Provide personal assistance to the Managing Director, and support to other Directors, including assisting in the managing schedules and maintaining appointments/calendars and organizing flight schedules, visas, hotel arrangements and travel itineraries \xc2\xb7 Assist in Business Development duties including press releases, preparation of presentation materials, reports and marketing materials, social media updates and email announcements \xc2\xb7 Management of the office and team while Directors are travelling \xc2\xb7 File documents, organize and manage all computer-based information \xc2\xb7 Organize and coordinate arrangements for client/ supplier meetings, such as preparation of any required documents, agenda and minutes of meeting \xc2\xb7 Take charge of all general administrative systems and office maintenance \xc2\xb7 Answer phones, perform all general clerical responsibilities and other comprehensive ad-hoc duties as necessary Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Diploma/A-Level in Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent \xc2\xb7 At least 5 years secretarial experience with office administration skills \xc2\xb7 At least 5 years of accounting experience, experience in the Interior design industry will be an advantage \xc2\xb7 Must possess strong analytical and planning aptitude, meticulousness, resourcefulness and initiative \xc2\xb7 Must be independent, highly organized with a pro-active attitude. Able to multi-task and work well as a team \xc2\xb7 Professional appearance and disposition \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to liaise and communicate clearly with International Clients \xc2\xb7 Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion \xc2\xb7 Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to learn new software applications. \xc2\xb7 Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice Please remember to input the following information in your resume: 1) Current salary
