Job Scope

Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Assist in HR duties such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and leave management. Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately. Handle correspondence, phone calls, and coordinate office activities. Support payroll preparation and staff claims when required. Assist with organizing company events and training sessions. Perform other ad-hoc administrative or HR tasks assigned by management. Liaise with government agencies (MOM, CPF, IRAS) on HR-related matters.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 years of hands-on HR experience. Good understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and MOM regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
