Responsibilities:

• Perform basic and advanced machine electrical wiring works
• Develop electrical testing jigs and perform testing and validation of machines
• Lead the production team to strictly adhere to production schedule and same time improving the manufacturing process to improve quality, cost, and productivity.
• Creates, implements, and monitors KPI indicators on product quality and section capability
• Provide shop floor feedback to Production Engineering and D&D Department
• Assist the Production Manager to provide quality, cost effective and efficient support for launching of new machine models
• Perform machine pre & post machine power ON inspection checks, machine parameter settings, testing and inspection according to standard
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve machine electrical non conformance
• Perform machine final electrical inspection and adjustments for any defects to maintain high level of quality
• Prepare reports on productivity, quality, claims, etc
• Work with engineering and other departments to improve assembly processes
• Monitor the serviceability of measuring electrical instruments or jigs and fixtures and reporting to Supervisor or Manager any non-compliance condition
• Maintain accurate records of inspection result at each electrical process

Job Requirements:

• ONLY SINGAPOREAN
• Bachelor Degree or Min Diploma(Electrical) required
• 2-3years working in a machine assembly environment
• A good track record of supporting the department achieving KPI
• Strong understanding of 5S and HSE knowledge
• Able to work effectively in a fast and ever-changing stressful environment
• Maintain good Quality standards, 5S and safety discipline
• Well verse in Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Knowledge of drawing software(Solidworks, Unigraphic, etc) is added advantage

Information:

• Salary: up to $3,500 + (Fixed allowance of $150 to $300 depending on title) + AWS + VB
• Location: Joon Koon Circuit (Company pick up: Boon Lay MRT)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5.15 pm
