Job Description

- 2-3yrs sales exp in hotel/hospitality is required!

Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Develop local, regional and global partnerships
- Conduct sales presentations and property inspections
- Represent Company at promotional events and trade shows
- Work with the Revenue Management and Sales functions
- Perform benchmarking and market analysis to identify potential target segments
- The Company may assign additional duties and vary the scope of work according to business requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or an equivalent
- At least 2-4 years sales experience in serviced residence/hotels is required
- Good spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Confident, good organisational and people development skills
- Outgoing personality and positive work attitude
- Independent and an excellent team player
- Good negotiation skills and willing to learn attitude
- Working Hours: 5 days (830am - 6pm)
- Location: East
