Job Description

Responsibilities
Responsible for purchasing of direct/ indirect materials from vendors
In-charge of vendor agreement and negotiation for better prices and terms
Constant monitor suppliers\' performance and access service quality and performance
Discuss with suppliers on production forecast or changes
Work with cross department on production, maintenance and quality matters
Responsible for all logistics matters and liaise with external parties
Manage external warehouse and freight forwarders to ensure smooth operation and inventory management
Develop material forecast and supply to ensure material sufficiency
Maintain good customer service standard
Ensure compliance with company standard and relevant regulations
Ad hoc duties as assigned


Requirements
Bachelor of Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
At least 5 years in supply chain management experience
Willing to travel and work in the West
