Are you up for a challenging role?Work Location is in BF Resort Paraaaque.Work Schedule is Monday to Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 8am-5pmRequirement:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture
• With 3 to 5 years experience in a residential construction projects
• With sense of urgency on every matter and very detailed.

Description:

• Attend and document Client Project Development meetings. Acquire general information required to establish type, expectations and scope of work/criteria for intended project. Coordinate all information with immediate supervisor
• Prepare architectural drawing sheet list and production drawing schedule in relation to the next phase (Contract Documents Phase) for discussion and review with immediate supervisor.
• Upon approval of Design Development Drawings, prepare the complete architectural drawings starting with base plans using the approved sheet size complete, company Title Block and project information. Coordinate with Engineering Consultants and send base plans in CAD format; Elevations and Sections in PDF format. For Electrical Consultant, include and send reflected ceiling plan and intended power locations in CAD format. Closely monitor production drawing outputs making sure it is completed as per schedule.
• Prepare necessary technical documents required by your immediate supervisor
