- Preferably with a Bachelor's degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
- 1 year of experience in a BPO or sales/marketing environment is a huge plus.
- Excellent oral and writing in English.
- Knowledgeable in MS applications.
- Has experience managing CRM (i.e. Mojo, Follow-up Boss, Salesforce, Hubspot)
- MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE WORK EXPERIENCE
- Any processor equivalent to AMD Ryzen 3 or higher
- Installed RAM: 8GB RAM or higher
- Internet speed: 10 Mbps internet connection or higher
- Over-the-ear headset with extended mic and with noise canceling feature
- The Caller is responsible for answering inbound calls & making outbound calls.
- The Caller is expected to maximize the potential from each call with an excellent telephone manner and upbeat outlook.
- The Caller should aim to convert the calls to qualified appointments.
- You are a great fit if you pay good attention to details.
- Cold calling homeowners
- Updating leads in CRM
