Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Create and review contracts of crude oil and petroleum products for purchase and sales transaction.
• Respond counter proposals and negotiate with counterparties to protect company\'s interest.
• Liaise with traders to ensur that contract terms are in line with deal intention and consult with internal legal advisor as ncessary.
• Handle required administrative matters (KYC, credit research, etc)
• Support operational processing if any (analitical jobs, invoice settlement, etc)
• Carry out and support other administrative duties upon request by managers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Proficiency in English language
• Pro-active and capable of taking initiatives
• Motivated and responsible team player with high working capacity

Information:

• Salary: Up to $4,500 + VB
• Location: Suntec
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
