Job Description

Overall ResponsibilityThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for customer service excellence in coordination with sales, operations and finance for efficient and effective achievement of OLSI's goals and KPI.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all accepted bookings have corresponding Rate Analysis (RA) and Customer Requirement (CR).
  • Ensures that all customer bookings are recorded in the system on the same day of booking acceptance.
  • Monitors all bookings which materialized have corresponding shipment number.
  • Provides relevant, timely and accurate monitoring reports and customized updates to customers, schedule and vessel delays.
  • Consistently monitors and tracks down the status of each shipments therefore ensuring that all are within the turnaround time and that each transaction is being closed in the system by chasing the POD update.
  • Conducts review with customers on the service performance of the top 20 accounts focusing on pick-up timeliness, delivery timeliness and return of documents.
  • Escalates operational issues at hand to immediate superior.
  • Participates in achieving the budgeted revenue.
  • Ensures that the captured rates during system encoding of bookings are correct and shipment details are accurate.
Education
  • Graduate of any 4-year baccalaureate course, preferably Industrial Engineering or Logistic/Transportation or Supply Chain Management
Experience
  • With at least two (2) years experience in related work
Special Skills and Personal Qualities
  • Hardworking, patient, persevering and can work with minimum supervision.

  • Knowledgeable in latest computer software
  • Good in oral and written communication
