Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to clients\' inquiries regarding accounts and trading matters through various communication channels.
• Ensure a seamless client experience to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Oversee the accurate and timely execution of client trades.
• Handle other trading responsibilities, including risk assessment and trade report preparation.
• Contribute to key projects such as the introduction of new products, platform enhancements, and other related tasks.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Comfortable with shift schedule (Overnight as well)
