Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the online store on the Magento platform, including product listings, pricing updates, inventory management, and promotions.
• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Monitor website performance and work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Use Zendesk to manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online campaigns, email marketing, and SEO strategies.
• Maintain a clean and organized product catalog, ensuring all product information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Online Store Manager or similar role in an e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency with the Magento e-commerce platform, including backend management and customization.
• Experience using Zendesk.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, digital marketing and online sales strategies.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B e-commerce environments.

Work Environment:

• Candidates can either work from our offices at the CBD or Orchard Road, or remotely.
