Responsibilities:

• Report to project manager, lead and manage electrical scope of works within the project.
• Responsible for preparing project documents to meet client requirements, implementing project procedures and ensure the project is completed on time.
• Be the SME (subject matter expert) pertaining to electrical works for high tension chiller plant system.
• Liaise with electrical PE and client electrical team for power shut down and power turn on activities.
• Attend site meetings, site discussions with client and subcons for the related works.
• Coordinate with internal mechanical & control engineers to shoulder each other and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for testing & commissioning for HT chillers, pumps, VSDs and cooling towers.
• To prepare project schedule, method statement, risk assessment etc.
• Supervise sub-contractors, vendors to ensure quality installation works.
• To prepare the progress update report for project manager.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems and complete within the project schedule.
• Need to work overtime during critical system startup and troubleshooting periods as and when required.

Requirements:

• ONLY SINGAPOREAN
• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical engineering or its equivalent.
• Good knowledge in high-tension and low-tension electrical system.
• Min 3 years of ACMV project management experience in HVAC industry (preferably HT chiller plant system)
• Strong customer management & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and understand the local code of practice.
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks within deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Knowledge & proficient in Microsoft Project & PowerPoint

Information:

• Salary: Up to $5,000 + AWS + VB
• Location: Boon Lay Way
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
