Responsibilities

• In charge full spectrum of HR functions
• Developing and implementing strategies to promote a positive workplace culture
• Leading the annual performance management cycle and fostering an open feedback culture
• Building and leading a high-performing HR functions to ensure a talent pipeline for business growth
• Developing succession and reward strategies to retain top talent and reduce attrition
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Streamlining HR processes and policies, maintaining accurate records, and leveraging data analytics for informed decision-making

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management, HR Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a fast-paced and dynamic organization within Manufacturing Industry
• Experience in Internal Audit i.e., ISO 14001, ISO 9001, etc.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills
• Strong supervisory skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High professional ethics and integrity
• Team player with sound judgment and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
