Assisting the HR Manager in overseeing the entire spectrum of HR operations across the group of companies, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & exit clearance, etc.
Coordinating and ensuring the efficiency of office activities and operations.
Managing the recruitment process, which includes posting job ads, filtering candidates, arranging interviews, and preparing for hiring. Collaborating with recruitment agencies for effective recruitment.
Handling intern onboarding and offboarding processes, including the submission and tracking of grant applications.
Managing administrative tasks related to temporary contractual freelancers.
Serving as the main point of contact between employees and office vendors.
Keeping updated with regulatory developments and compliance control best practices.
Assisting with various administration duties, such as postal and dispatch arrangements, receiving guests, etc.
Providing support in office management, procurement of office supplies, stationery, and the preparation/checking of claims.
Assisting the HR Manager in ad hoc projects and organizing welfare activities.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the mentioned HR tasks.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates the right aptitude and strong communication skills to work closely with various departments, including department heads and management.
Familiarity with Unit4 Prosoft is a plus.
Able to commit from July 2023 to December 2023.
