Implement chemical and/or physical testing techniques and standard operating procedures in the laboratory.
Install new instruments and develop/validation methods for accurate and reliable analytical measurements.
Plan testing capacities based on internal and external requirements, ensuring efficient laboratory operations.
Conduct investigations and report any deviations in laboratory measurements, ensuring data integrity.
Prepare quarterly, monthly, and specialized reports in accordance with working documents for analytical chemistry and/or measuring methods.
Support problem-solving in production lines by recommending appropriate internal and external laboratory techniques.
Coordinate correlation and round robin projects across multiple sites to ensure consistency and accuracy in analytics and/or measuring methods.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Process, Applied Science, or Physical Sciences (Chemistry, Physics).
At least 2 years of laboratory experience in the semiconductor or other manufacturing industries.
Sound knowledge of analytical methods, preferably in trace metals analysis.
Familiarity with good laboratory practices, ISO/IEC17025, and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory procedures and data analysis.
Proficient in using laboratory instruments, analytical equipment, and data analysis software.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and coordination.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
