Principal Accountabilities:

• Deliver academic instruction across various levels, from Certificate to Postgraduate programs.
• Serve as Programme Leader and Module Leader for assigned programs.

Teaching & Learning:

• Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions for Certificate, Diploma, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate levels.
• Set and mark coursework and exams, and conduct internal moderation in line with course and module specifications and university partner requirements.
• Lead and manage programs and modules as assigned.
• Design and develop high-quality curriculum and course materials within the existing academic framework, including blended learning materials.
• Regularly review program content, course materials, and delivery methods, and provide advice on teaching and learning issues.
• Support or lead projects in designing and developing new programs, preparing necessary documentation for approval processes.
• Provide academic consultation to students, advising them on academic performance, career opportunities, and further studies.
• Review student module evaluations and conduct student focus groups or Student-Staff Liaison meetings.
• Engage in student development by providing strong learning support and monitoring academic performance.
• Manage teaching assignments for Associate Lecturers, ensuring teaching load and schedules are planned effectively under the quality assurance policies of the School/Institution.

Teamwork and Miscellaneous Duties:

• Enhance departmental work by promoting programs and encouraging innovative approaches to activities such as student recruitment and retention.
• Attend departmental and program meetings to contribute to decision-making and develop productive working relationships within and across teams.
• Participate in school events, marketing campaigns, and projects, conducting seminars and workshops both within and outside the School/Institution.
• Perform other administrative duties/projects as assigned by the Reporting Officer/Head of School.

Requirements:

• Master\'s degree/PhD in Cyber Security or a related field.
• Master\'s degree/PhD in Robotics/ Mechatronics/ Electrical and Electronic Engineering or any other related field.
• Strong tutorial delivery skills; teaching, qualification, like ACTA are an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in new program development and managing university programs (UK/Australia).
• Willingness to work shift hours (e.g., day and evening).
