Job Description

Location: PIONEER SECTORWorking days: 5.5 Days (Mon - Fri (0800 - 1700) & Sat (0800 - 1200)Basic + AWS + VB:

• Assist the Department Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Building Materials schedule planning and delivery
• Provide daily delivery schedules, buying plans, monthly inventories control.
• Troubleshoot delivery problems which may arise and work with related department to solve them.
• Perform administrative support, co-ordination work and assist to raise purchase requisition of inventorized items.
• Assist to arrange mandatory training courses for workers.
• Record keeping and maintain of ISO records for the department
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in delivery planning for building materials
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Able to work under pressure
• ISO related knowledge will be advantageous
