Responsibilities
Develop and implement customer service strategies to achieve sales growth
Analyze and review data and discuss with the commercial and sales team for improvement
Develop new insights and analysis to drive improvement
Support continous improvement activities to drive sales performance
To work with stakeholders and cross functional team on project management
Work with all channels to improve and optimize sales route
Conduct yearly review on customer segmentation and suggest improvement
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent
At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
Prior working experience in FMCG industry would be ideal
