Job Description

The Medical Technologist is responsible for the processing of the daily workflow and procedures of the Clinical Laboratory.Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or related from an accredited institution;
• Licensed/Registered Medical Technologist;
• Must have at least 1 year of Clinical Laboratory experience;
• Phlebotomy Training and Certificate is an advantage but not required;
• Experience as a Generalist or in specific Laboratory sections such as Clinical Microscopy, Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Blood Bank, & Bacteriology is an advantage;
• Must be willing to be cross-trained with different machines and provide service on various technology platforms being carried by the company;
• Must be good at problem-solving, and critical thinking and gives attention to detail since small differences can be crucial to a diagnosis;
• Should have manual dexterity and normal color vision;
• Amenable to work in Marcos Highway Antipolo;
• Must be computer literate.
