Responsbilities
Work closely with management on decision making
In-charge of day-to-day operational activities
Evaluate on business procedure and ensure compliance with company objectives
Oversees customer support processes to ensure customer satisfaction
Improve existing systems and policies
Prepare financial budgeting, schedules and other organizational reports as required
Review company financial information and operational budget to enhance profitability
Maintain good relationship with department heads, external partners and vendors
Other ad hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent
At least 8 - 10 years of relavent working experience
Proven experience in multiple operational functions including finance, customer service, production and employee management
Experience with budgeting and business planning
