Job Description
Responsibilities
- Overall in charge of company operations including sales and production department
- Manpower planning for entire organisation
- Responsible for company P&L
- Oversee production projects and handle customer escalations when required
- Negotiate customer contracts & agreements
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering will be an advantage
- At least 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- At least 5-10 years of people management skills
- Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
