(WEST REGION) - Near TUAS WEST ROAD MRTJOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, prepare, schedule works and revise drawings in a timely manner for tender and job order.
• Collaborate with team to propose design and materials based on budget and client requirements to obtain material dimension and specification from site & vendors.
• Coordinate instructions & monitor with sales team, production and clients for job order & design specifications, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, handover completed project.
• Prepare bill of quantity for job order in a cost-effective manner, responsible in the overall quantity take off resources (eg. Material, Man hours), analysis and preparation of cost plan and estimate for tender and job order.
• Liaise with consultants and vendors on compliance with regulations, practices and changes.
• Attend to customer enquiry and conduct survey site condition, cost and method requirement of installation, delivery and set-up if necessary.
• Conduct quality control to ensure finished products are constructed according to job order and drawing.
• Plan & implement effective, efficient production and safe practices, be organized and responsible in safe keeping of all files & drawings.
• Prepare project reports to the report Manager/ Customers, and ensure workplace is well-maintained, tidy & safe.
• Any other related task and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/ NTC 3 (equivalent) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, building, project management, or manufacturing.
• Competency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 2D & 3D drawing.
• Self-driven, organized, and team-player with good interpersonal skills.
