Key Responsibilities

• Drives top line store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
• Creates enthusiasm for selling strategies by inspiring, supporting and mentoring others\' selling behaviours
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a 5-day workweek and 9-hour shifts (including a 1-hour lunch break)
• Displays expert product knowledge and takes initiative to elevate personal and peer knowledge of product categories
• Responsible to meet minimum monthly sales target
• Contributes to and thrives in a sales-driven culture.

Requirement

• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for sales
• Able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations
• Passionate about the beauty industry and eager to share their knowledge
