Job Scope:
Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts through a comprehensive product and service offering.
Recommend effective product solutions to meet customer requirements and project objectives.
Participate in proposal preparation, pricing analysis, and contract negotiations to ensure successful and profitable project completion.
Monitor customer purchasing trends and provide accurate forecasts for production planning and budgeting purposes.
Gather customer insights and market intelligence to support business development efforts and strengthen competitive positioning.
Deliver quality after-sales support, including technical advice and value-added solutions to optimize customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely billing, revenue achievement, and receivables collection to support healthy cash flow and business performance.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Precision Engineering with solid understanding of metal stamping, tool making, machining processes, and cost estimation.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the same or related industry.
Strong grasp of market intelligence, sales and marketing strategies, and industry practices.
